I hadn't realized how long it's been since I posted until I got on here today. Wow! I have been really slacking. So I thought about what I could post and with a little help from my good friend NJ Nielsen decided to share with y'all what I've been up to.
So I picked the picture and prompt from Goodreads and wrote my story. It's now at my betas going through edits and I'm really very excited because other than some serious grammatical errors the story is being met with some positive feedback. I had no idea what all was involved in the writing process beyond actually writing the story. I would be lying if I said this wasn't exciting. I feel like a real author, something I have dreamed about for a very long time. I am also very grateful to the m/m group at Goodreads and the Love is Always Write event. I have many friends who are published authors who offered to beta this story and to them I am eternally grateful. This is so exciting and nerve-wracking and nail-biting and totally worth it. So until the day this is a reality I may be a bit manic but I won't disappear nor will my boys Aleron and Will....
